Defendant seeks sanctions for plaintiff’s failure to comply with a court order to produce documents. The court held a teleconference on February 4, 2016 concluding that defendant was entitled to some relief and requested additional letter briefing.  The court orders plaintiff to produce documents no later than March 11 without prejudice to any additional sanctions the court may find appropriate.
