In response, the Delaware Family Court issued the following guidance with regard to custody and visitation orders.
- All exisiting Delaware FAmily Court orders remain in full force and effect.
- All travel for the purposes of complying with a Family Court order is deemed essential and excluded from the self-quarantine requirement.
