Emerging Issues in Healthcare Compliance and Monitoring-Use of Independent Monitoring by Health Regulators

In this Episode 4, we consider examples of independent monitoring involving healthcare organizations or systems. Issues considered are how do healthcare organizations or the agencies that regulate them may use monitoring in connection with significant business transactions – as opposed to law enforcement or disciplinary proceedings?
