Though the use of AI in the legal industry is not new, it’s applicability and use continue to grow at an accelerated pace. Considerations regarding how AI is used, its algorithms and results, and the expectation for future applications of Generative AI need to be understood and addressed. During this discussion, the panel will speak to how AI has woven its way into everyday legal, investigative, and eDiscovery workstreams.
