Join ACC Georgia and Womble Bond Dickinson as Joe Whitley, Former Homeland Security General Counsel and Womble Bond Dickinson partner, and Anna Burton, GEMA (Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency) General Counsel, discuss her agency’s legal and operational roles in disaster prevention, response and recovery in Georgia, and nationally in partnership with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). This presentation will also cover the GA Restrictive Covenants Act, the current state of the law, and how to litigate a Restrictive Covenant claim.
