- ENOUGH, an alternative-protein foodtech startup, announced that it raised $40 million Euros in its Series C round. The company plans to use the funds to expand production of its ABUNDA mycoprotein.
- Farmland, an investment fund that focuses on the sustainability and agriculture sectors, launched its $250 million third fund - Vital Farmland III.
- Highlight, a product testing company for CPG companies, announced that it raised $18 million in its Series A round.

This week's featured corporate venture and private equity fund is Tate & Lyle Ventures.
- Tate & Lyle Ventures is a corporate venture arm of Tate & Lyle that seeks to invest in companies operating in the fields of food science and technology, with a specific interest in products that help consumers stay healthy.
- The firm was founded in 2006 by founders, Abram Lyle and Henry Tate. It operates two funds, Tate & Lyle Ventures LP and Tate & Lyle Ventures II LP, which are managed externally by Circadia Ventures LLP.
