Recently, The Deal’s Rhonda Schaffler spoke with Jeremy I. Levy, an attorney in the corporate and securities practice at Pepper Hamilton, about allegations of fraud in private equity portfolio companies. Mr. Levy discusses how agreements can be structured to protect PE firms.
