As part of the budget announced on 18 February 2020 by Deputy Prime Minister, and Finance Minister Mr. Heng Swee Keat (the "2020 Budget," also referred to as the "Unity Budget"), the Singapore government introduced a raft of measures designed to help protect jobs and businesses from the economic fallout of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
