Tom co-coordinates the firm's Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Corporate Compliance practice group. He is nationally recognized as an authority on fraud and abuse. He provides comprehensive fraud and abuse services to clients, from defense to compliance advice to compliance programs. His work in defending clients against anti-kickback, false claims, and whistleblower allegations includes litigation, internal investigations, voluntary disclosures, negotiating settlements and Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA's). He has appeared before numerous offices of U.S. Attorneys, the FBI and OIG around the country.
