Important Update to the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards

On June 9, the California Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) Standards Board voted to withdraw the revisions to Cal/OSHA's COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards that the Board had originally voted to approve on June 3. According to Cal/OSHA, “[i]n the meantime, the protections adopted in November of 2020 will remain in effect.”
