FCA updates its draft transitional directions under the Temporary Transitional Power On 26 September, the FCA published updated versions of the draft directions that it intends to make using its no-deal Brexit temporary transitional powers. It has published revised draft versions of the main FCA transitional direction, the FCA prudential transitional direction and the explanatory note to the directions. These are intended to replace the 28 March 2019 directions previously made.
