The federal government is allocating more time and resources to whistleblower programs. Now, more than ever, companies need to take steps to minimize exposure to whistleblower claims. When a whistleblower case is filed, it can take on a life of its own. If not handled right, it can lead to employee morale and PR problems and result in large damages awards against the company.
