Offshore Group Investment Limited and 23 affiliates, which trade generally as Vantage Drilling Company (OTC Pink: VTGDF), have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (lead case number 15-12422).  The cases have been assigned to Judge Brendan L. Shannon.  The Debtors are an international offshore drilling company operating a fleet of modern, high-specification drilling units providing their services to major, national and independent oil and natural gas companies.    The debtors have filed pre-packaged plan of reorganization and a related disclosure statement (linked without exhibits).  The petition and consolidated list of top 30 creditors, along with the docket, are available through Epiq.  The company has issued a press release regarding its reorganization.
