The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has approved the National Futures Association (NFA)’s interpretive notice related to Information System Security Programs (which was discussed in detail in the September 4, 2015 edition of Corporate & Financial Weekly Digest).

The interpretive notice will become effective on March 1, 2016 and apply to all NFA member categories.
