Pennsylvania DLI Establishes 2024 Workers' Compensation Maximum Weekly Rate

The Pennsylvania Division of Labor and Industry has issued a notice establishing the maximum weekly compensation rate for 2024. The new rate applies to work-related injuries and illnesses occurring on and after January 1, 2024.

Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor and Industry determined that the maximum compensation payable under the Workers Compensation Act shall be $1,325 per week for injuries occurring on and after January 1, 2024. For purposes of calculating the updated payments for medical treatment rendered on and after January 1, 2024, the percentage increase in the statewide average weekly wage is 4.0%.
