The Association of State and Territorial Solid Waste Management Officials Document (“ASTSWMO”) has produced a document titled:

Quick Reference Guide Community Considerate Cleanups (“Guide”).

The December 2024 Guide was developed by ASTSWMO’s Investigation and Remedies Selection Focus Group.

The stated goal of the guide is to:
