The Sierra Club issued a report titled:

2018 Case Study Report – Cities are Ready for 100% Clean Energy (“Report”)

One of the 10 cities addressed is Fayetteville, Arkansas.

  • Considering solar investments and energy-efficient upgrades for municipal buildings
  • Developing a bike-share program
  • Increasing urban tree planting
  • Potential investment in electric-vehicle charging stations for the downtown area
