In order to mitigate potential filing delays due to the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (“SEC”) Division of Investment Management has extended the EDGAR filing window from 5:30 p.m. (EDT) to 10:00 p.m. (EDT) on April 29, 2020 for registered investment company and business development company filings.  Registered funds with a calendar year-end are due to file their annual updates with the SEC on EDGAR on April 29, 2020.  If the filing is made by 10:00 p.m. (EDT) on April 29, 2020, the SEC will automatically adjust the filing date in EDGAR to reflect a file date of April 29, 2020.  Any registered investment company or business development company requiring a subsequent filing window extension should submit a request to IMEmergency@sec.gov.
