Businesses in the cities of Henderson, Las Vegas, and unincorporated Clark County with both food service and alcohol licenses are going to be able to sell curbside spirits with meals. In Henderson, any establishment holding a restaurant with bar, tavern, beer, wine, liquor on sale or brewery license may serve beer, wine, spirits, liquor in conjunction with meals being picked up curbside at the establishment, with a no-fees, time limited liquor permit issued by the city's business licenses department.  

City officials have indicated that the “to-go" alcohol permits will expire on April 16 unless Governor Steve Sisolak extends the shutdown order (COVID-19 Emergency Directive #3 and associated regulations) for nonessential businesses. Henderson’s actions follow similar regulatory flexibility recently implemented by Clark County and the City of Las Vegas, which have also enabled restaurants to sell alcoholic beverages "to-go" in conjunction with take-out meals picked up curbside by customers.
