In communicating to the jury, I need to find a way to make them understand that there is another side to the story and to overcome whatever personal bias they may come to the situation with.
To make them sympathize with the company’s position and understand that the actions that were taken were taken for a reason that make sense. It's really important to find a way to level the playing field. See less -
