Please join us for a virtual seminar discussing the judicial treatment of the Sedona Canada Principles with our very own Anatoliy Vlasov of Lindsay LLP.

The presentation will touch on such topics as the Principles’ origin, how they can be used in civil litigation, judicial treatment of the Principles from across the country and how the Principles interplay with other E-Discovery standards established by courts in Canada.

Anatoliy Vlasov is a Vancouver-based litigator, whose practice focuses on complex property losses, environmental claims and construction disputes. He is a member of Sedona Canada and is a Director-at-Large of the Vancouver Chapter of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
