This presentation will provide an overview of artificial intelligence modeling and natural language processing technologies, along with the potential they present within eDiscovery and the legal industry as a whole. We will further examine current use cases, and simple ways to quickly implement these tools into your current workflows.

Marco is Chief Innovation Officer at Lineal Services and is responsible for partnering with corporations and law firms in the design and implementation of advanced technology solutions tied to eDiscovery and legal operations. Marco is a 2001 graduate of the DePaul College of Law and has been consulting in the legal space for 17-years. He resides in Pewaukee, WI with his wife and two young children.

Jeanne is the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Managed Document Review at Lineal Services. For over a decade Jeanne has specialized in workflow design and advanced technology application for law firms and corporations. Jeanne is widely considered an expert on eDiscovery best practices and technology and is an adjunct professor at New York Law School where she teaches a course on advanced technologies in the legal industry. Jeanne is a 2007 graduate of the Fordham University School of Law and resides in New Jersey with her husband.

Kit is the Chief Technology Officer at Lineal Services and leads Lineal’s Research and Development operations team out of Chicago. Kit has the distinction of having been the first employee of kCura/Relativity and was the principal architect of the Relativity platform for more than a decade. In 2013, Kit co-found NexLP where he led the development of its best-in-breed AI solution until 2020. Kit resides in Oak Park, IL.
