Supreme Court Highlights from the COVID-19 Term (2019-2020)
We are fortunate to have Professor Erwin Chemerinsky share his insight into some of the most notable Supreme Court cases from the historic 2019-2020 term. Professor Chemerinsky is Dean and Jesse H. Choper Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. He frequently argues appellate cases, including in the United States Supreme Court. Professor Chemerinsky is the author of 12 books and over 200 law review articles.
