Pamela Hutchins is a senior eDiscovery project manager at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Pam provides in-house consulting and support with respect to electronic discovery including identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review and production. She has a paralegal degree and received her CEDS certification from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) in 2012. Pam is the Founder and President of the ACEDS Ohio Chapter.

He has also worked tirelessly to create a strong company culture and as a result, in 2016 Legility Data Solutions was recognized as one of Inc. magazine’s top 50 “Best Places to Work.” John's experience in Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and Continuous Active Learning (CAL) platforms provides unique insights forclients, and he is a requested speaker for national events and training. John has also authored multiple articles and ebooks, including eDiscovery Pricing Models and Howto Create an Awesome Company Culture, and has also been featured in national publications, including Legaltech News, and Recruiter.

Julie Brown

Julie Brown is the director of practice technology at Vorys. She has worked in legal technology for more than 30 years. She has a paralegal degree and has worked in law firms and a corporate litigation department. Her experience includes managing large discovery matters, records management, project management and process improvement. She manages Vorys' practice technology department, which provides data analytics and electronic discovery services. Julie is active in coordinating litigation technology education opportunities for the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and serves as the Conference Co-Chair for ILTACon 2019-2020. In 2011 Julie received ILTA’s Distinguished Peer Award for Litigation and Practice Support. She is a certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) and is certified in ViewPoint, Sanction, Law 5.0, Prosci Change Management, the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Lean Six Sigma.

Amy E. Sellars

Cardinal Health

Amy E. Sellars is an Associate General Counsel and Director of Cardinal Health's Discovery Center of Excellence. Previously, Amy led Walmart Legal's Discovery Operations Group, worked for the country's largest midstream oil and gas company, and was an associate at the firm of Crowe & Dunlevy. Amy focuses exclusively on the discovery of electronically stored information across a large docket of litigation and investigations. Amy is a Steering Committee member for The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, and a member of the metrics committee of the EDRM. Before becoming an attorney, Amy worked as a theater stage manager and producer, a teacher, and a database designer and administrator for an ed-tech start up. A lifelong lover of narrative, Amy enjoys finding the facts and building the story in the discovery process.

Julie Richer is the Legal Operations & Discovery Manager at American Electric Power (AEP) in Columbus Ohio. AEP is an electric utility that is investing to improve service to customers and advance new energy technologies. Julie manages discovery processes such as service provider management, discovery strategy, data collection & processing, legal hold, case strategy as well as document review activities. Julie also manages the Legal Operations team responsible for the departments 5 year strategic plan, invoicing, reporting, vendor management, process improvement, knowledge management, application implementation and user adoption & support. Julie participates in corporate-wide projects such as cyber resiliency, innovation, email retention, data retention, business continuity processes, procurement and divestitures and social media management. Prior to transferring to Legal in 2008, she spent 10 years in the IT Department at AEP. Julie has been a faculty member of the Electronic Discovery Institute for 8 years. In 2018 she was the ACC Legal Operations Professional of the Year while serving as lead for the ACC Legal Operations Information Governance and Discovery interest group.
