Noah Feldman is an American legal scholar and academic. His work is focused on ethics, particularly responsible disruption and the regulation of artificial intelligence. Noah is the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, is the author of 10 books, host of the podcast Deep Background, and a public affairs columnist for Bloomberg Opinion. Through his consultancy, Ethical Compass, Feldman advises clients like Facebook and eBay on how to improve ethical decision-making by creating and implementing new governance solutions.

David Berger is a litigation partner at Wilson Sonsini and a leader in the firm’s national corporate governance practice. David has helped develop, and litigate, novel corporate governance structures for many of the country’s most innovative companies, including Alphabet (Google), Palantir, and The Trade Desk. David is President of the American College of Governance Counsel and a director of The Long-Term Stock Exchange.

Amy Simmerman is a corporate partner at Wilson Sonsini, a leader of the firm’s Delaware office and corporate governance practice, and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Amy advises a wide array of clients on complex corporate governance matters. She regularly publishes and speaks on governance matters and is a member of the American College of Governance Counsel.

Barath Chari is a technology transactions partner in Wilson Sonsini’s San Francisco office. Barath represents technology companies at all stages of growth, from bootstrapped start-ups to leading global enterprises, in complex business transactions involving technology and intellectual property. In particular, he has deep experience assisting artificial intelligence companies with complex commercial and intellectual property matters.
