12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CT

For over 20 years, financial institutions have been subject to requirements on consumer privacy. While the enacted version of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) recognized the comprehensive federal privacy regime to which financial institutions are subject, the limited scope and nature of the GLBA exemption has resulted in many difficult questions about what information is covered by CCPA and how financial institutions should implement CCPA’s requirements.

In this webinar, James Shreve and Luke Sosnicki of Thompson Coburn will host a distinguished panel to discuss CCPA and its implementation, strategies for compliance, balancing CCPA risks with others of the enterprise, and mitigating litigation risks prior to the looming enforcement date.
