Mike Quartararo is the President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), which provides training and certification in e-discovery to the legal community. He is the author of the 2016 book Project Management in Electronic Discovery and has been successfully consulting in information governance, e-discovery, project management and legal technology for two decades, including 10-year stints at both Skadden Arps and Stroock. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist. He frequently writes and speaks on e-discovery, legal operations, project management and technology topics.

Veronica MacInnis, CEDS, is the eDiscovery Case Manager in the Litigation Department of Stikeman Elliott in Vancouver. With over a decade of paralegal and litigation support experience, she assists in all stages of complex commercial litigation matters. Veronica volunteers as the Vice President of the ACEDS Vancouver Chapter. Veronica MacInnis passed her CEDS in December 2020. Prior to volunteering with ACEDS, Veronica served as a volunteer director with the BC Paralegal Association for over eight years.

Jennifer is a technologist focused on strategy, customer experience, product, and process improvement in the legal tech industry. She has worked in software and technology for over a decade, holds an M.A. in Strategic Communication, and is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS). She currently leads Solutions Engineering at Zapproved, where she ensures product feature functionality and technical capabilities are designed and implemented in ways that solve real world problems. Jennifer is a speaker and content contributor on a variety of technology, data preservation and ediscovery issues, and is the Chair of the PREX Conference.

Chris currently serves as the Project Manager of Litigation Support at Baron Budd PC in Dallas, Tx. He supports the attorneys and staff in all aspects of the EDRM Model. His professional experience is primarily in the areas of eDiscovery, litigation support, computer forensics/investigation, trial support and IT auditing. Chris is a born and raised Texan and lives in the Dallas area.
