Rich Robinson began his legal-technology career in 1999 in the IT department for a large law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. He has served in numerous roles in IT and Litigation Support in large and medium-sized firms in Boston, Providence, Austin and Dallas. He has worked in the eDiscovery vendor space and spent seven years as the eDiscovery and Information Manager for JCPenney prior to joining Toyota. Rich is a founding board member of the bDiscovery and ACEDS chapters in Dallas and speaks regularly at eDiscovery conferences around the country.

Marc Zamsky currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Compliance Discovery Solutions, a division of System One Services. Since 1996, Marc has focused his career on the use of technology to deliver comprehensive discovery solutions to corporate legal departments and their outside counsel. As the COO of Compliance, Marc is part of an executive management team responsible for leveraging Compliance's strong history in the Managed Review arena and enhancing its Discovery Services offering, including its innovative Discovery-as-a-Service platform. Prior to joining the legal solutions industry, Marc practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney in Philadelphia for nearly 5 years. Marc earned his B.A. from Penn State University. He received his J.D. cum laude from Temple Law School, where he served as a member of the Law Review and Moot Court team. Marc is a frequent speaker and author on various industry topics.

Toni Millican

Toni Millican is the Director of Legal Technology and Information Governance at Trinity Industries, Inc. Trinity Industries, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, owns businesses that are leading providers of rail transportation products and services in North America.

Ms. Millican joined Trinity in 2017 to build the eDiscovery program. She now leads the company’s information/data governance, eDiscovery and litigation support functions. She is a certified eDiscovery Specialist with over 30 years of legal industry experience, in both the public and private sector, with a concentration in eDiscovery best practices and technologies. She has an extensive background with implementation of enterprise wide eDiscovery technology, development of litigation support procedures and discovery management. Ms. Millican brings perspective to legal operation teams, having the ability to leverage her experiences in the legal field and bridge the gap between legal and IT compliance. She has held a variety of positions in the legal industry, including eDiscovery manager, legal assistant, legal assistant manager, practice group coordinator, litigation support specialist and forensic analyst.

Danny Thankachan

Danny advises Fortune 500 and AmLaw 200 clients at the nexus of law and technology. Specialties include consulting with corporations on legal technology operations, eDiscovery, cost control and legal/business process improvement. He is currently teaching the development of Blockchain use cases for law and its implementation in daily operations at the University of North Texas (UNT) and eDiscovery at the Southern Methodist University (SMU) CAPE program. Danny has provided eDiscovery written and oral testimony and consultation services in Federal court, and creates processing, review, and production workflows on a variety of hosting platforms. He is LAW PreDiscovery Certified Administrator, and specializies in kCura Relativity deployment, customization, and review management. Danny is also an experienced courtroom technology “hot seater.”

Martin T. Tully is a founding partner of Actuate Law, LLC in Chicago. Kevin Clark

Kevin provides technical and business management expertise for the litigation support team at Thompson & Knight, while delivering consultation on ediscovery, information privacy, data security and governance, for TK’s attorneys and clients. Kevin has extensive experience in all aspects of ediscovery from data collection to production. He previously oversaw the discovery operations and managed review services on the vendor services side. This included supervision of project management teams, coordination of ediscovery vendors, and ensuring best in class delivery to clients. He has significant experience managing complex large scale matters of teams up to 250, and has spent considerable time consulting with clients and law firms on ediscovery issues and strategies, as well as developing alternative solutions for clients.

Kevin is the Chair of the Master’s Conference Advisory Board and also plays an active role in The Sedona Conference, working on Defensibility of Process with Working Group 1. Kevin previously served as the Co-Chair of the DC Bar Litigation Section’s Steering Committee, and Chair of the DC Bar eDiscovery and Information Governance Committee, and Co-Chair of the EDRM’s Metrics Group. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the United States (CIPP/US), Relativity Expert (Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Analytics Specialist (RAS), and a Relativity Certified User (RCU)), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB), and Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS). He serves as an Advisory Board Member for his Alma Mater Chicago Kent College of Law’s eDiscovery Institute, and has provided pro bono representation to veterans at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Board of Veterans Affairs. He received his JD in 2000, and is an active member of the Bar in Texas, Illinois and the District of Columbia, as well as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
