When it comes to jury research, no two jury research exercises are alike. Effective jury research needs to take a more nuanced approach to understanding potential jurors and what makes them “tick.” The latest webcast in our fireside chat series will take participants through the skillful, step-by-step approach to jury research conducted by our DecisionQuest Trial Consultants. When you better understand the jury research process, you can make more informed decisions for your next case, (hopefully) saving time and money.

The panelists will cover:

  • The best time to do jury research
  • Online vs. in-person research options
  • Common jury research mistakes to avoid
  • Cost-effective alternatives to traditional jury research
