Health care is a highly innovative, lucrative, and regulated industry, which also makes it a highly litigious industry. From a legal perspective, it makes sense for practitioners to pay close attention to trends happening in health care, because so many facets of the law – litigation, compliance, data privacy – intersect there.

In the latest installment of Hanzo's Luminary Series, we’ll discuss five healthcare litigation trends for 2022 with Jon Braunstein, a litigation attorney at the largest law firm in the world.

In this Luminary Chat, we’ll discuss the following health care related matters:

  • Post COVID 19 Return to Work
  • Employee Mobility, Trade Secrets, and Non-Competes
  • Unfair Competition & Antitrust
  • Fraud, Waste & Abuse
  • Health Care After Dobbs
  • Data Privacy & Security
