About The Speaker

Justice Bill Whitehill was elected to the Texas Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas in November 2014 and assumed office on January 1, 2015. Before joining the Court, he was a trial and appellate lawyer with Gardere Wynne Sewell, L.L.P. for more than 32 years. He handled a wide variety of antitrust, arbitration (domestic and international), banking, business tort, class action, commercial, ERISA, intellectual property, hospitality, real estate development, probate, and trust cases.
