OASIS+ on the Horizon: Discussing the Ins and Outs of GSA’s $60 Billion Services Opportunity

Wiley’s Government Contracts group is analyzing key considerations for contractors pursuing GSA’s $60 billion OASIS+ program. Partners John Prairie and Craig Smith discussed the overall landscape and certain features of the OASIS+ solicitations in a podcast available here.

Later this month, John and Craig will host a webinar diving deeper into the OASIS+ competition, including:

  • Significant solicitation provisions addressing size status, teaming structures, experience, and pricing;
  • How GSA has incorporated lessons learned from other large GWAC competitions;
  • Notable contract terms affecting M&A and other transactional considerations, on-ramping, and compliance issues after award; and
  • The potential impact of amendments, protests, and other developments on the solicitation and competition.
