Aligning processes and teams within your law firm should not be as difficult as it may seem. Join Clocktimizer and Elevate for the second installment of our ‘Single Source of Truth’ webinar series. This time we will deep dive into understanding how making use of the right metrics can help align legal project management and pricing. In addition, we will discuss how pricing & LPM alignment can help you make better decisions around staffing and resourcing, while driving inclusion and diversity within the firm.

We will learn by example as we are joined by Stephen Allen, Vice President of Getting Sh*t Done at Elevate, Royale Price, Director of Pricing & Matter Management at Greenberg Traurig, and Pieter van der Hoeven, Co-founder & CEO at Clocktimizer.

If your firm is interested to learn more about aligning legal project management with pricing, this is a great opportunity to learn from industry experts.

We will cover the following:

  • How data-driven initiatives can foster collaboration between legal project management and pricing teams
  • What data is available (and where) to help drive and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the firm
  • How to leverage data to make smart decisions around (non-traditional) resourcing and alternative delivery.
