With the release of the long-awaited federal Title IX regulations, as reviewed during our April 25 webinar, the grievance procedures required under Title IX have become more flexible.

On June 12, 2024, we will hold the second of our monthly Compliance Check-ins, where we will review the options that colleges will have in drafting their new Title IX grievance procedures. This check-in will include an overview of sections 106.45 and 106.46, as well as interactive polls to gauge where different institutions are landing on important grievance procedure decisions.
