He regularly advises clients on issues related to eDiscovery preparedness, planning and execution as well as information privacy and data security.

Peg Gianuca is the eDiscovery Technical Solutions Manager, The Walt Disney Company and has over 30+ years supporting attorneys with legal technologies. From hot seat trial support to eDiscovery consultant to backend operations management, her extensive legal background encompasses many different facets regarding the use of technology in law firms. Ms. Gianuca has a B.S. in Physics and this degree helped to launch her legal career when she was hired to support a nuclear power case that was headed to trial. As an early pioneer of "litigation support," Ms. Gianuca helped to develop in-house systems, design best practices and workflows, and promote electronic solutions at several AmLaw 100 firms. This included a position abroad in Brussels, Belgium, where she helped to establish a European Practice Support team for one large international firm. She is certified in several litigation-specific applications - both old and new. Ms. Gianuca also has extensive trial experience having spent more than 100+ days in the courtroom. Ms. Gianuca also enjoys presenting to and training other legal professionals. She has designed and presented in-house programs for attorneys and paralegals on eDiscovery topics as well as the use of relevant legal software. Ms. Gianuca is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University where she teaches a class on Advanced Litigation and Trial Technology.
