So just what legal, regulatory and legislative issues are currently facing broadcasters in Washington? On Tuesday, I did a panel at the Connecticut Broadcasters Association's Annual Convention in Hartford with Kelly Cole, the Senior Vice President for Government Relations at the NAB.
