Today’s result caught us off guard.   We’ve read and heard a lot about the necessity of senior living communities investing in new technology to meet resident demands and to enhance the level of service employees can provide to staff.   With technology always changing at a rapid pace, we expected that significant portions of renovation budgets going forward would be devoted to new technology.  As you will see from the results below, the reality is that most people plan on spending only a minor portion of their budgets on new technology.  We don’t know if that means people have already made that investment or simply still don’t see it as a high priority.  What do you think?
