Lisa said that if they have not done so already, companies need to put together a very detailed and intentional risk assessment that is specific to their organization. Companies also need to put together the rest of their documentation, including encryption protocols. This documentation would serve as a footpath for a regulator to retrace the steps that a company took on cybersecurity.
