Dr. Ken Broda-Bahm is a Senior Litigation Consultant with Persuasion Strategies, an associated service of Holland & Hart LLP. He provides research and practical advice on improving testimony, advocacy, and persuasion in jury trial, bench trial, arbitration, and mediation settings. Ken is also a prolific speaker and writer, blogging for Persuasive Litigator and now for Your Trial Message. He is also an author and co-editor of The Online Courtroom (ABA Press, 2022). A former debate coach and former tenured professor within the University of Maryland System, Ken has provided litigation consulting services since 1993. Ken is currently living in Denver, Colorado and working on cases throughout the United States.
