Ulmer & Berne LLP and Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, PC combined effective February 1, 2024. The new firm, called UB Greensfelder LLP, is a full-service super-regional firm with complementary business and geographic strengths enabling us to better serve the clients of both firms.
