Another 1,000 contractors slated for audit.

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced a new Corporate Scheduling Announcement List. This new list includes 1,000 contractors for establishment reviews, Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations, and Functional Affirmative Action Plan reviews.

Unlike the most recent CSAL, this list is not based on whether a contractor certified compliance in the OFCCP's Contractor Portal.

For establishment-based reviews (excluding financial institutions and institutions of higher education), the OFCCP selected contractors engaged in low-wage industries based on data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages for the fourth quarter of 2022. The OFCCP also focused on non-construction industries that received the highest rate of contracts awarded through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill. Using these two data sets, the OFCCP selected contractors engaged in the following NAICS industries:

  • Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting
  • Manufacturing
  • Retail Trade
  • Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
  • Administrative and Support and Waste Management and Remediation Services
  • Accommodation and Food Services
  • Other Services (except Public Administration)

The OFCCP developed the pool of eligible financial institutions by including FDIC-insured banks based on information from the FDIC online data tools.

More detailed information regarding the OFCCP's selection process for this CSAL is available on the OFCCP's website.

Notably, all contractors on this CSAL will receive the OFCCP's "new and improved" Scheduling Letter & Itemized Listing. We recommend preparing early and often in light of the enhanced reporting requirements.
