OFCCP Expands The Available Languages For Its Complaint Form

On August 3, 2015, the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (“OFCCP”) released its employment discrimination complaint form in five additional languages. The complaint form, which is available on OFCCP’s website, is now available in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and French. Previously, it had only been available in English.

Employees of federal contractors may use the complaint forms to report “discrimination in hiring, pay, promotion, and other employment practices.” OFCCP’s stated goal in making the complaint forms available in additional languages is to “ensure that employees and job applicants with limited English proficiency, or whose primary language is not English, have the ability to report possible discrimination.”
