Your affirmative action plan (AAP) is a living document and roadmap to help drive your company's effective outreach and recruitment efforts, and ultimately, create a culture of diversity and inclusion within your workforce. With your AAP in hand, how do you convey it across your organization so it becomes a company-wide responsibility? And most importantly, what are the expectations to "train" certain employees on and about the organization's affirmative action programs and its commitment to be an equal opportunity employer? Join Jennifer Polcer, VP of Learning and Development, as she shares information on how to train staff on affirmative action by diving into the regulations that require "training," and discussing a wide variety of approaches to tackle this requirement.

Whether you are looking to "check the box" or go deep in ways that can boost morale and advance professional development, Jennifer will share various approaches you can take to ensure your workplace is not only free from discrimination but working affirmatively to hire and advance individuals with disabilities and veterans.
