  • Utah AG Sean Reyes announced he will not seek reelection in 2024, following three terms as the state’s chief legal officer. Following this announcement, Utah becomes the sixth state with an open seat AG election in 2024, along with North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, and West Virginia.
  • During the National Association of Attorneys General’s (NAAG) annual Capital Forum last week, Oregon AG Ellen Rosenblum was elected President of NAAG and Connecticut AG William Tong was elected Vice President.
