I. SHPDA Administrative Report

The following projects were approved by an Administrative Law Judge and no exceptions were filed.

AL2017-036, Huntsville Senior Services, LLC d/b/a Regency Remembrances, Huntsville, AL: Proposes to renovate an existing building and add forty-two (42) SCALF beds to an existing seventy-two (72) bed SCALF facility. This is pursuant to a Plan Adjustment to the State Health Plan, rule 410-2-4-.04. The ALJ awarded fourteen (14) beds.
