Access to the full draft guidelines as well as submission of contributions should be done exclusively via the Participa Mais Brasil platform. Any reports, images or other attachments that form part of your contribution can be sent to normatizacao@anpd.gov.br during the consultation period. Only material that complements the contributions will be accepted by e-mail.

Following the conclusion of the public consultation period, ANPD will review contributions and make any necessary adjustments to the guidelines. The finalized version will serve as a comprehensive resource for companies navigating the challenges of data anonymization and pseudonymization while upholding privacy standards.
