DaVita agrees to $2M settlement of class action over retirement plan fees -

The plaintiffs alleged the company failed to properly monitor its $2.6-billion 401(k) and was paying higher-than-necessary administrative fees, thus lowering the value of the retirement plan. Under the terms of the proposed settlement, the four named plaintiffs would each receive $10,000, while approximately 56,000 DaVita employees who were plan members between 2016 and the date the court order was issued may also be eligible for awards.
