As we close out the Summer, I am reminded of the anticipation of starting a new school year by the request for new back to school clothes and the request by the schools to purchase materials that will never be used the entire year. But the beginning of a new school year was also a time where I realized that I could improve upon the results of the prior year. I encourage all of you to think about the “new" beginning that is offered as we move away from Summer. This is a great time for us all to consider our approach to the end of the year and evaluate next steps and goals for the new year. This type of self-assessment is critical if you want to achieve your goals.
