Join Bricker Graydon's Higher Ed Team’s Rob Kent and your Clery Coordinator peers for this full-day, in-person program that will provide an overview of challenging Clery Act issues, including notification requirements, Clery geography definitions, annual security report pitfalls, and other compliance difficulties. In addition, Rob will discuss best practices implementation of your Clery program and guide you through hypothetical scenarios for crime categorization, Clery geography, timely warnings, and emergency notifications.
