  • The FTC, U.S. DOJ, and HHS have launched an online portal for the public to report potentially unfair and anticompetitive health care practices to the FTC and the Antitrust Division of the DOJ.
  • Complaints submitted to the online portal, gov, will be reviewed by FTC staff and the Antitrust Division of the DOJ; complaints determined to raise sufficient antitrust concerns or relating to HHS authorities will be referred for further investigation. Formal investigations may follow.
